Protection Window Tinting offers the following services:

Car wrapping services for vehicles.

All services are performed on-site at the customer’s property as we do not operate from a fixed shop location.

3. Appointments and Scheduling

Booking: All services are provided by appointment only. Customers can schedule an appointment through our website, by phone, or via email.

Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Arrival Time: Our technicians will arrive within the agreed time window. If there are any delays, customers will be notified as soon as possible.

4. Payment Terms

Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit/debit card, cash, and other electronic payment methods as specified on our website.

Payment Timing: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Deposits: For certain services, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. This will be communicated to the customer during the booking process.

5. Service Conditions

Site Preparation: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the area where the service will be performed is accessible and prepared for our technicians.

Weather Conditions: Some services may be affected by weather conditions. If we determine that the weather conditions are not suitable for the service, we will reschedule at no additional cost to the customer.

Quality of Work: We strive to provide the highest quality of work. If there are any issues with the service provided, customers should notify us within 7 days of service completion for resolution.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

Warranty: We offer a 20 day warranty on our window tinting and car wrapping services, covering any defects in materials or workmanship.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Liability

Limitation of Liability: Protection Window Tinting will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Property Damage: We will take all necessary precautions to prevent damage to your property. However, in the event of accidental damage, our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the affected area.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Customer Information: We collect and use customer information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

Confidentiality: All customer information is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties without the customer’s consent, except as required by law.
